Summit 2010 will be held on November 16-17, 2010. Registration and
continental breakfast will start at 7:30 a.m. Sessions begin at
8:30a.m. on November 16 and conclude on November 17, 2010 at 3:30p.m.
Location and Accommodations: The
Summit will be held at the beautiful Sheraton
Sand Key Resort located on the beach in Clearwater FL. Reservations
