“The Roles and Responsibilities of a Stage-Gate Process Manager workshop is a must attend for organizations that desire to improve or implement a structured Stage-Gate® process. The course provides well articulated specific guidance to make the gates in the stage-gate process effective, improve decision making and explains the critical roles in the stage-gate process. The instructor had great ‘street credibility’ to lead the workshop. I wish I would have attended the workshop 6 months sooner!”
