Stage-Gate International operates in the business-to-business management consulting industry and does not focus on consumer users or the collection of consumer data.  To the extent that we collect information online, our purpose is to better service our business customers. Through Web Analytics Services: Stage-Gate International uses Google Analytics which is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Opting-Out of Communications

We communicate on a regular basis via email with users who subscribe to our Knowledge Community and/or request information about or purchase our products and services.  We may also communicate by phone to follow up on information requests or resolve potential issues.

Stage-Gate International provides you with the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice at any time if you do not want to receive communications from us such as emails or updates (e.g. notices of upcoming events).  If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing or other communications, you can either respond using the opt out link in the relevant communication, or by contacting us by one of the methods listed at the bottom of this policy.

An employee of Stage-Gate International shall promptly ensure that the erasure request is complied with.

The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period.  After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the initiation of a contract

Stage-Gate International does not offer services to minors and does not knowingly request personally identifiable data from anyone under the age of 17. Any person who provides their personal data to Stage-Gate International through this website represents that they are 17 years of age or older.
